    I ordered a shirt but once I received it, I realized I needed a larger size. I was happy with the quality of the shirt, but the size was not working for me. I contacted the company about returning and exchanging for one size up and they sent me a link to reorder free of charge. I only paid $5.00 for shipping. They made the process as easy as possible and allowed a return with no issues. I’ve had a bad experience in the past of ordering clothing online, through a different company, trying to exchange for another size and was told it was my fault for not reading the sizing chart and denied any type of exchange or assistance. So the response and assistance from dallatee was very refreshing and appreciated. I will always continue to support businesses that put the customer first.
